Very upsetting when you leave home at 10:30 am on a bus thinking that your screen had arrived in store, then to be told it is not!! Numerous times I asked whether there was another store that could do it, to be told there is other stores but not sure they would have one, then the guy goes to Newcastle to source a screen, then tries fitting it on my sister's phone, then to be told it is faulty, then at 2:10pm to be told mac droid down stairs in greenhills should do it, after I had already asked could another person do it, I waited a whole day to be told this, so finally else where fixed the phone, were very accommodating, unlike mobile comapny!! So unprofessional , not offered anything for my trouble, told not sure when my screen would be in etc etc... never will I deal with you people again.Will also be taking further action, I had to be in a shopping centre from 10:30am and not get home till 4:30 pm is ridiculous... 100% going further!!! Please never deal with this business!!!

Great service! I came in not long before close to get my back camera lens replaced and they were so lovely and none of it was a hassle for them. Even gave me the old piece in case I need to swap back. Would absolutely recommend these guys and I'll be going back soon to get my screen cover replaced.

Ever since I got my screen fixed my phone keeps coming up saying that there’s a sim failure or that I have no sim when I do. I have turned it off and on and done a update but its still there

Had my S22 plus screen replaced. Quality service by the team at Greenhills. Wasn't timely and best value for money around.

Approximately 2weeks ago I purchased 2 phone covers and 2 screen protectors for mine and my teenage sons new phones.I was told by the salesman that the phone covers he recommended were un breakable so even if we dropped the phone it wouldn’t break. The total bill came to $270 which I was a little shocked at but he guaranteed me that they were the best covers and they were unbreakable. ( I have since been told I was extremely overcharged)My son dropped his phone on the carpet 2 days ago and the back smashed.We returned to store today to show them what happened and explain the cover obviously was faulty as we had previous phones with different covers from other suppliers that had been dropped accidentally on the road and never broke.The salesman ask me what I wanted him to do and I said I wanted the phone fixed and he replied that the cover is not 100 percent shatter proof (not what I was told when it was sold to me)I said that the cover is not fit for purpose.He once again asked what I wanted him to do and I said you can at least refund me the money for the case.He said no he wouldn’t be doing that as it’s not 100 percent shatter proof.I told him that I would be contacting fair trading and he said that’s fine.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Just a horrible experience from start to finish. Came in to get my iPad screen replaced and it still didn’t work (I use it with a 2nd gen pencil for work). Long story short, there was SO much unnecessary back and fourth over 2 MONTHS! They sent it to their head office and everything.After they couldn’t fix it I went to Apple, they did it in one week. But later I when I go into files I found that to test the screen they scribbled over notes and documents I had previously saved, rendering them all useless. I found they even deleted some of these said documents.Take my word for it, save yourself time and money and DO NOT go here. Shadman (the manager), gave me a horrible experience with so many excuses and accusatory explanations. The only positive thing I can say is I got a refund, but only after they refused to give me one after the first 2 weeks of difficulties, I had to wait 2 months for them to stuff around and ruin even more things.The “complaint email” they give is useless. They don’t get back to you and they do it as a pass off so they don’t have to deal with you anymore.

I always bring my phone to these guys, no matter what the issue is a cracked screen, phone not charging, new case, or a fresh screen protector they always have what I'm looking for. The staff has great service very polite. I got my cracked screen fixed last week and it was quicker than I thought it would be.5 stars for keeping me connected.

Very happy with the service and replacement of my phone screen! My screen stopped working mid holiday and the team were able to have it fixed up in 30 minutes. Very easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions/concerns.
