Nice park plenty of options for kids , barbecue and walking trails , like it

This is a nice park with a water front. There are good playgrounds for all ages. Covered seating areas, public restrooms, hotplates and a charcoal dispenser and wasy access parking.

We have been coming to this park for a few years now. It is off Homebush bay drive road and has bay views. Kakoda track is right next to the Reserve. Area is very popular and attracts huge crowds on weekdays and weekends. BBQ facilities are available onsite and has a lot of open grassed area. For kids, the Reserve has a sand pit along with two play areas. Visitors need to be mindful of the water as there is no protective barrier.

I went there around noon and the place was already packed. They had 6 picnic tables and one barbecue facility for the public to use. You can also bring your own bbq grill and set your own tables, chairs etc . They also have bin for hot charcoals so don’t worry about where to dump those hot coals. There’s no bookings needed as it is a first come first serve basis open space. Although we didn’t get any picnic table, there’s a lot of trees to provide shades which was the case for my group. It was better than being on a picnic table especially if you have a group of more than 6 people. Overall the view was nice along with the breeze. There’s children’s playground as well for parents to relax they can feel secure as the playground is fenced.

Nice park for walk, fishing, play , family ,bbq , and there is mini golf course. And beside the park located near parramatta river a good place for relaxation.

The bigger playground is more suited to older kids - six- to eight-year-olds may struggle to make it across some of the equipment, like the monkey bars, which are hard to reach and a long way off the ground. The smaller playground is more suited to toddlers and preschoolers.

Nice park for a romantic picnic or for just a brisk stroll along the river bank.. with sheltered picnic tables available & bins throughout the park.. families make use of this park as there are a few playgrounds for children to enjoy.. barbecues are permissible here..

Kids playground, climbing frame and another playground with sand for bigger kids. Some rubbish here and there, but still highly recommended. Seems there's some construction at the moment - maybe BBQs?

This place is so serene and breezy. Perfect place for BBQ and Picnic.There is a play area for children. Its wheel-chair accessible. There is onsite BBQ arrangement. One thing that bothered me is the birds, they keep gathering near you, when you start eating something, so be careful of them, they might snatch it.Parking is not much but its best for afternoon stroll or children's play.There is no protective fence/barrier, so beware of the edge.
