Dishonest shop, misleading price tags and inadequate product brand and information on the signals. When confronting to the register, the cashier said she is not the boss, insist is your fault getting the wrong product with bad attitude. Shame, the store is a not bad in product range, but with this dishonest way running the business, bad customer service and staff attitude, won’t recommend to anyone. I just read other reviews about this shop and realised there were a lot others had the same unpleasant experience!!

worst customer service!!! staff super rude.. I was on the phone and went inside the shop while stillcalling. The shop wasn't busy at that time. Very quiet. . The staff went around me so I move to the side coz I don’t want to block her way. Then she went back near me and got me to move somewhere else. She cut me when I was still on the phone and asked , you wanna buy something or no? If you wanna talk, go outside and came back after finished. I said I wanted to buy something when I’m finished calling. She insisted me to go outside and come back when you want to shop.I asked her which rules stating people shouldn't talk on the phone while they are in the supermarket? She claimed our supermarket is different. you are annoying other people. While I saw no one coming to the shop and no one around me. If the shop busy, i might consider go outside. But there’s no one except her there. She even said to call the police. Which I agreed! Call the police is actually a good idea to ask “IS TALKING ON THE PHONE WHILE AT THE SHOP IS A CRIME??? “She didn’t answered and didn’t call the police but keep grumbling in a rude way and loud.Don't ever go this shop, the staffs are rude , unhelpful and ridiculous. Some of my friends also experienced similar problems when shop at TOKYO SUPER! price also expensive!worst shop ever! Never ever wanted to go back buy things from them!!!! !!!!!!

A convenient little super mart in the heart of Kingsford.Has pretty much all your Popular Asian drinks and foods and fresh fruits and vegetables.

very cold-mannered salesperson, don't even bother to reply to my thanks". Dishonest as she didn't give me any receipt (I just realised later). Not all price tags are attached. Kind of a messy store. Don't recommend."

The dishonest shop keeper tried to charge me $3 when it was advertised for $1.5 but then she tried $2 by saying I took the chilled version. I went back to check on the non-chilled section and there wasn’t any. She should be retrained and learn some basic manners and etiquettes!

First time to the shop but also the last one. Terrible customer service. I brought two things to the cashier and because one didn't have a price tag so I asked the lady to check for me. I decided I didn't want it and the lady told me to put the item back on the shelf. I was so confused like Im sure they have other staff who work there to do the job?? I ended up not buying anything from them and so they just lost a sale and a potential customer."

It has Asian groceries downstairs and kitchen and toiletry items upstairs

Absolute joke of a store to go and deal with. Have no shame to price change on the go. And when you confront them , they will refuse you for refunds....When threatened to escalate to ACCC or the consumer affairs they then start to back down.Really hope authority can crack down shops like this....

Terrible customer service from the cashier at the store today. She is so rude!!! She accused us of mistaken the price when it fact the other staff admitted to placing it in the incorrect shelf. The boss & most staff are pretty helpful however today’s cashier has a serious attitude problem!
