Booth Contracting

I rang Booths contracting yesterday afternoon as for my mothers laundry taps/pipes had exploded and water was going everywhere. I rang Booths contracting and spoke to a very lovely and accommodating receptionist named Gabrielle - It is very nice to have a warm and bubbly welcome over the phone to put your mind at ease as you can imagine having your mother calling you up in a frazzle and in distress is not a fun time! haha.Gabrielle even remembered my mothers name and situation to which she explained that a gentleman would be arriving at her house shortly.A lovely gentleman named Billy was dispatched and pretty much arrived within the hour and diagnosed the problem whilst putting a temporary fix to the taps and put my mothers mind at ease.The next morning a gentleman named Tony arrived with a choice of taps and promptly fixed the problem. No fuss, no drama just a very pleasant experience with a smile.There are a few other bits and bobs around her house that will need attention and fixing over the next few weeks to which i will DEFINITELY be in touch with Booths contracting once again.I cannot thank you all enough.Warmest regards,

Had to get a plumber out to fix a blockage. After having contacted a few ended up going through these guys for the job.It was a positive experience from first contact with Abby who was friendly and approachable, when not sure of an answer made sure I got help which was when I spoke with Darren who was more than happy to answer my questions around potential costs etc regarding the job in question. Nothing seemed like a hassle even when calling back for an eta of the trade.We were lucky to receive Joey as our tradie. He was professional, friendly and provided great customer service, found him to be an awesome representative of Booth.In a day where alot of businesses just seem out to rip you off I was glad to have found this local business who actually seem to care about the customer and provided good service without delays for profit with bad attitudes :)Happy to say we've found our plumbing service in future and would recommend.

I am very happy with Booth Contracting. Had a leak in my kitchen tap. which they fixed for me.They do a great job and are friendly and professional.

Had a faulty tap which needed fixing at short notice on a Friday afternoon in Singleton. Rang Booth and the plumber turned up within 20 minutes and fixed tap as well as replaced a valve on my hot water system. Other plumbers I rang were too busy or went to message bank. Highly recommend Booth Contracting, prompt and efficient as well as good value.

Tradesmen are great but accounts receivable team needs to improve.

If you have any water works problems, Booth Contracting are your guys.They have recently done work for my wife's new salon... Designing Faces By Agnieszka, 213 Darby Street, Newcastle ... For all you blokes, this would be a great gift idea to send your wife to see my wife...Back to Booth Contracting, they turn up on time, do the job at a great price and clean up afterwards. Can highly recommend them.
