Visited a relative in this facility again today. Got a really strong impression that staff knew my relative well and were genuine in their care. On multiple occassions they stopped to chat...making them feel very special. Have every confidence they are in excellent care.

My mum is being looked after there and in my opinion I think they do a excellent job looking after the people there. I recommend this place to anyone.
