Similar to other experiences lady owner extremely rude. I’ll never be back.

Feel very disappointed in the way I was just spoken to at Hallshead Laundromat. I have respectfully used the laundromat multiple times with no issues . Although today I was approached in an extremely negative and abrupt manner by the lady that owns the machines. Had she kindly approached me and spoken to me like a human being/adult I would have kindly taken my light Kmart rugs out of the 18kg machine. Although after how I was spoken to I quietly continued to fill the machine with my coins and carry on, her advise was that there her machines and she doesn’t want them in there. There was no introduction or excuse me just spoke to me from across the room as if I was a 12 year old grandchild she was telling off in-front of other customers. The sign clearly states for very large loads. And you pay extra to use this machine. I believe if the lady who owns the machines is the owner of that business she should maybe take a different approach to how she treats her customers. Left extremely shocked and rattled at how rude she was. Don’t worry I will not be using your services in the future.

The owner of this laundromat is extremely rude!! She looked in the washing machine after I pulled out my washing seen there was bits of grass at the bottom of the machine she turned to me and said “YUK! Who would want to use a machine after you have used it” I assured her it was only grass and told her she was being very rude and informed her washing machines are for washing dirty washing .. There were other people in there when she spoke to me like this. I will be taking my money to a different laundromat from here on. Absolutely disgusted by the way she treats her customers.

Great laundrette! Good opening hours, very clean, machines all work well. Always has change if you need to swap some 5*

While utilising this service I watch the owner disgustingly grill and degrade another customer as if washing machines were for clean clothes and not dirty.The poor woman was just trying to wash her childrens clothing. I've never seen anything like it. It Turns out this is a common accurance also with other customers having encounters with staff, I will not be returning. People don't go to laundromats to be judged or degraded, the world's hard enough without it happening while trying to wash clothing

Extremely disappointed with the owner of this place.Initially I thought it was clean and well looked after and would be a good temporary place to use while my washer was out of service.The owner stopped my dryer cycle after I had left the building, inconveniencing me and wasting my time, told me off about having wet clothes in a dryer after a few items ended up heavier then I thought when wetOffered no solution aside from attitude and treating me like I was scum.She is absolutely disgusting and needs a new job.We are your clientele and deserve respect. Last time I ever spend money here with this disgusting, disrespectful downright horrible person

Owner lady needs to get another job..she is rude and disrespectful and don’t plan to use this laundromat again…customer service she hasn’t got..

Place was clean, machines easy to use.

What can one say about a launderette. Had all the various sized washing machines and dryers. Machine for changing notes to coin to use in machines, although I had come with coin in hand. This was my first visit to a launderette as I needed to wash some king-sized duvets and mattress protectors, which are too big for a domestic washing machine. All worked out fine.
