Unprofessional staff, irresponsible management, extremely poor customer service.I run a painting company and from time to time need a reliable water pressure to use. I purchased a Honda water pressure from this store. It worked for 10 minutes. We turned it off to change the the position, and when tried to start it again, the engine didn’t start. I had to carry it to the shop to see what can be done.The staff refused to offer any solution. I asked them to call the manager. The manager said it is not the sort of thing that he is responsible for. I said do a refund for the unit, and they refused to do so.

Excellent service by store manager William. William was patient, friendly and helpful during all our exchanges with him. He was even patient when I had several delays and challenges with what toolboxes I eventually got. Excellent range of stock also. All round, very happy with our experience and will be back.

Had the best experience with Oskar at the Scoresby store. He’s an absolute legend who quoted a large order throughout the week for me and price beat total tools. Went above and beyond all with a smile. Definitely ask for Oskar if your in store!

Recently attended the Scoresby store to purchase my partner a gift voucher for his birthday! Store unwelcoming with the worst customer service and attitude from who I would say would have been the manager.

Oscar did a really good job he found the unit I was after and got me a great deal. Been a long time total tools customer thinking of converting to the Darkside. Nice shop great stuff.

David (Sales) was excellent and assisted me with organising my new tool trolley kit on the spot over the phone. David and Paul (Dispatch) we’re extremely thorough, professional and accomodating to assist me with checking and loading under short notice. I look forward to dealing with them in the future. This morning my partner Terence called the store wanting to purchase an oil breather. He spoke with Steve over the phone who assisted him. Consulting with Steve was an easy experience, he was attentive and his customer service was flawless. Unfortunately there weren't any new oil breathers to purchase. Within 20 minutes my partner received a phone call back from Steve who notified him that they had spare parts and offered him a second hand oil breather free of charge!Once we arrived to the store to pick it up, we were greeted by Dayan at the registers who also had a friendly and helpful demeanour. He directed us to the back desk to pick up the part. He said if we couldn't get the help we needed there, to return back to him and he'd be sure to help us.After picking up the part from the back desk we finished the rest of our purchase at the front desk where Dayan promptly put through our order. We also met Steve there who went above and beyond and offered us a biscuit as he was sharing them around with his coworkers. Wow! How kind!My partner is extremely impressed with the high quality of service he received today at Sydney Tools Scoresby, and even I must admit, as someone who couldn't care less about tools, I had a really enjoyable experience accompanying him today!Wishing the team members of Sydney Tools Scores by a wonderful Monday and an even better week!Thank you!

The staffs are helpful and patient. They are knowledgeable about the products. Tony explained and helped me figure out the best deal for a DeWalt table saw, and I earned quite some points (cash dollar) for other tools. Very good experience and thanks for the T-shirt!

The staff was horrible to us, threatened us with how good their security was just cause we were teenagers in the store, legit did nothing wrong just looking around, 0/10 experience, don’t want to be treated like a felon, rather go to Total Tools instead, great costumer service and don’t treat u like trash just cause ur a teenager.

Arrogant unhelpful staff. I wanted a manual tool, not spend massive on a battery powered piece of equipment and the guy at the counter was very dismissive, pointing vaguely in the direction of an aisle. There wa perhaps 3 people in the store at the time and it was too much effort for him to get off his chair and help me.Will never come here again and will warn people away from here.
