Excellent 7 day customer service, phone answered for order placement and queries immediately without any wait time. Very informative people on the phone who made it very clear and concise how to hire/return/costs and payment etc. This excellent customer service is exactly what I needed recovering from an emergency C-section birth and seizing with sudden onset HELLP syndrome. Very comfortable hiring from this company.

I found this company by doing a Google search. Upon leaving hospital with my twins, I was able to arrange a breast pump rental straight away. Everything was explained clearly. The service is convenient and far more affordable than renting from a hospital or baby retailer.

Super easy to organise and pick up with flexible options, cheap weekly rate and made me feel much more confident knowing I had something that was hospital grade and didn’t have to fork out heaps of cash up front for while I work out feeding etc.

Ordered a breast pump and went to pick it up at Northern Beaches Hospital. My wife called the helpline and they were super helpful and answered all our questions. Very quick and easy process, all done within an hour. The team at the hospital were super helpful and mentioned they’ll pick it up from our house when we’re done - amazing!

As a new mum this service was easy and confident to book with numerous pick up locations. The price was much cheaper then other retailers in the area and best of all no bond was required. I would highly recommend and rehire again! One happy mum!

I hired a Medela double pump and it was incredibly easy from picking it up to returning it. It was a last minute frantic hire as the one I had at home wasn’t cutting it and I was in urgent need of it. I loved that I could get my hands on this even on a Sunday.Thanks for making it an easy process During a stressful time.

So so easy to rent. Products are all high quality, hospital grade and prices are reasonable. I rebuilt my supply after a period of drop and I couldn't be happier! Lady on phone to take payment and answer questions was polite and informative.
