Absolutely appalling. I have been getting my kids school photos for years this year in the middle of a pandemic this company have hit people with a $15 late fee. Not everyone has a job right now so this has made it even harder to buy them. Speaking with the staff and the manager today there was NO compassion there was no waiver of a fee that has never been there before. This is disgusting of all the years to sting people this is the worst. NOT HAPPY. We don’t get a choice as to who takes our kids school photos bit you would think it would be with a better company.

Not very impressed with my son's school photo. Couldn't even smooth his collar down. Lucky he's such a good looking kid so the photograph's not a total waste :D Another child was photographed with Vegemite smeared around his mouth. If you can't manage taking multiple children's photographs properly then leave it to the other companies that can. I'll be complaining to the school and urging them to use someone else next year.

Fantastic service and quality photo package every year. We always get the premium package and it never disappoints. Such a great way to preserve those school year memories. I have 4 children and many MSP photo packs to look back on over the years. The kids love revisiting their school photos! Thanks for the 5 star service!

The photo was pale and out of focus. My child had a sore round his lip from the cold which was exaggerated by the colour of the photo, a few moments of the photographers time to edit would have been appreciated - especially because you have to pay prior to seeing the photo.Some of the children had their eyes closed on the class photo, surely with everything being digital now, the photographer could have quickly checked the photo once it had been taken.I remember the last photo 4 years ago was pretty terrible too.School in Moreton Bay.

I really love the way you have captured who they are, their little personalities and their beautiful smiles. We, as a family, really treasure these photos that document the different points in their school lives. The photos are a great quality and will be treasured forever.

So happy with these guys. The team who works in our area are so amazing! have used them for a few years now (obviously with the school) but this year was just phenomenal. I heard that my year 2-er was upset with getting her photos done, so went and had a chat to them whilst they were packing away and they showed me her photo. For some reason the school had let her wear glasses (which she does not actually wear for any purpose), so they organised for us to meet them at another school the following business day to get these fixed up. Whilst there they also did my other Childs photos who was absent on photo day. Then Michelle in the office was superb at helping me to reorganise the packs I had ordered and getting packs for my other child. Was such a breeze of a process and I am very grateful! Thank you guys for all your help this year and your amazing work!

Disappoints every single time. The photographers seem to have no idea what they're doing. And if they think stressful yelling at kids will make them smile naturally.... And then the editing, making kids faces look pale or yellow, or class photos distorted. I don't understand why so many schools keep choosing this company. It's easy to place the order yes . But they're not cheap. And they do not create pictures for on the wall. And yet, we have to buy them, to not make our kids feel bad about themselves. Not happy.

I was originally unhappy with my son's photos, it seemed a rush-job with no effort. Then when I emailed my (polite) complaint, I received a kind reply in return from MSP saying that they were happy to either refund or reshoot. We choose to reshoot and the staff were fantastic and we were able to choose our photo. Really happy with the results, thank-you!

Have received school photos from MSP for years and have always been impressed with the quality of the photos and the options available.Have also now observed the company taking the photos in schools and I have always been impressed with the professionalism of the staff.They are always well presented and bright and friendly. Plus, I like that the photographer always shows me my photo for approval.

school photos were taken with MSP photography and I was not satisfied to see some of the results. some of the students faces we blurry and pixelated, off centred (position wise), features like hair buns and chins were cut off"
