The nurse was excellent. Pleasant and efficient. The receptionist was rude and most difficult in billing and making a follow up appointment.

It was an incredibly long wait. However, I adventually got seen, and the doctor seemed very young and stressed. She addressed my issues quickly and in a professional manner. It was simple and to the point. I was out in 5 minutes. Which seemed to help her get back on schedule.

Biggest scam and joke for a medical centre! First appointment cost me $110 and was told that every appt for the next 6 months was to be bulk billed (being for concession). Not even 2 months later I book another appt and was told that that was only a thing they were trialing and has now changed and have to pay full price again for another appt! Absolutely disgusting how they can treat people like this! Disgusting

It was an incredibly long wait. However, mydaughter adventually got seen, She wouldn't check my daughters cough after I told her that's why we were there, instead of checking my daughters cough or examining her she wrote a referral which should have been last, I know how the medical industry works long and short consultations I use to be a practice manager at a clinic i am aware with billing codes 36 up to 20 minutes

What a lovely practice.The admin girl was very friendly greeting us on entry. The doctor went above and beyond my expectations providing my daughter knowledge, suggestions and medications to treat her ongoing personal matters, rebooking follow up appointments to assess the progress of treatment.The doctor had such a caring nature and made my daughter feel very welcomed.Thank you Berri Medical Clinic.

Clean, modern, building with many services offered. Plenty of visiting specialists & allied health to choose from, and the pharmacy and pathology on site is a major bonus! Love seeing smiling faces when I come in, all the staff are courteous and inviting, willing to help whenever I need to ask. Outstanding wealth of knowledge and care to offer our community, very lucky!

I think they need to train their Staff a little better when it comes to Ultrasounds, I was given the wrong information and now had to book again. The Staff are friendly enough, just need to maybe double check before giving instructions.
