Service was great! Really nice team. Chips were fine just the burgers lacked. The ‘Fred’ was ok, chicken a bit dry, but the bc was a fail. The beef patty tasted weirdly sweet. Not sure if just used way too much Worcestershire Sauce or what they did to it, but it really didn’t work for me and the basic white bun didn’t help either.

Ordered 6pm on a Friday night, was told it'd take 15 minutes. The food took 45 minutes for 4 burgers. There was only 3 other orders at the time and everyone else in the store was waiting minimum 15 minutes more than what they'd been told. My chips sat in the warmer for 30 minutes and were like cardboard once received.

Best burger joint - I really wish they would open one in the city near my work.Everything is right about this place - quality / freshness / price / speed. Just the perfect combo you are looking for.Get the Dave, or Jack if you want beaf.Don’t eat at the table outside, go to the green patch near the river. Fewer flies and great view.Then go to gelato 66 to cook it down.

Easily the best burger joint in Windsor, the burgers always have so much flavour to them and the patty's are cooked perfectly, good customer service short wait time

One of my favourite burger joint. You can always expect a great experience here, though eating the king George II or III can get a bit messy! But overall, lovely good and more bang for your buck!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING. The food here is made to perfection almost and the size of the burgers are huge so the value for what you’re buying is a lot. The service is very good and the prices are well worth it for the burger size and quality. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you are stopping by.

Food is excellent!However, downgraded from a 5 as their customer service could improve significantly, and their store needs repairs and maintenance. Furthermore, their website is way out of date which could mislead customers as they don't honour their website pricing (about 40% less than their current pricing).

Really disappointed after reading such promising reviews. My fish burger was pretty much all bread with a very thin sliver of fish, chips and wedges were not at all crunchy and covered in chicken salt (common practice for chips but wedges are already seasoned) no one finished their food that costed us over $70 for 4x burgers 1x chips and 1x wedges. Would not recommend, would not return. The actual beef patties tasted ok though.

Our family loves The Grill. We have been coming for years. Always great to.come and enjoy their great food.
