For the first time in a long time have I come across an honest and very reasonable priced tradie.If you want an excellent job and the professionalism second to non this guy is it when it comes to radiators.Met Simon for the first time and I could (I’m almost 69) tell that he was a down to earth, strait shooter! We rolled into Wollongong with a split radiator tank from Beechworth just before the long weekend and thought we'd probably be here for at least a week waiting for a repair and parts to order. Simon was simply amazing. Picked up the phone, saw us the day we called, had the part within hours, fitted and repaired in moments. The price was more than fair for his service, he even billed us less as we had our own coolant. He also took the time to explain what had gone wrong, insisted we call him should we find something further wrong. We really can't speak highly enough. Writing this review felt not only well earned, but almost necessary to balance out the goodwill. Cheers!

Simon very helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed my late model Alfa Romeo Giulia which had a split hose on the coolant return line in less than an hour.Meanwhile I am still waiting for the dealership to let me know the parts they ordered in September (4 months ago now) have arrived.I wont be needing them, Simon's fix is the goods.

I showed up completly unannounced on Saturday with my leaking Toyota radiator.Simon stopped what he was doing and tried to repair it but it was too far gone.He offered a recore as my one was a rare and obsolete type.He had it ready for me a couple of hours later.I couldn't be more happy with the Excellent customer service.If you want excellent quality and awesome service then M V Eckersley is the place.Thank you very much.

Genuine Helpful Customer Service at its best. Simon couldn't help me directly with my issue but took the time to give me some (correct) advice and then steered me in the right direction through his knowledge/contacts in the industry. Saved us a lot of work and frustration. Can't recommend this business highly enough and will always be my first port of call in future.
