This Company are thieves. I paid them accidentally and have tried to contact them to refund us the money back numerous time all I get it hanged up and get told that it is my mistake. You should be ashamed small business should be helping each other not taking money that is not use. Please do not use this company

Hadn't been to Marfleet for over 2 years and didn't realise they had moved to Maddington. Unfortunately a bit far away for me but John went above and beyond to sort me out. Great customer service and great pricing.Have purchased my brakes parts from Nick for a long time and even tho it's now an hours drive to get there I'll continue to do so.Cheers again for your help.

I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase car parts. The owner, John, was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful, was able to have one of his staff properly diagnose the issue I was having with my brake pads/rotors (which everyone else had repeatedly failed to do) and then make some good recommendations to remedy the problem. I found him to be very accommodating, patient and honest - he was not simply trying to get you to buy the most expensive parts or things that you don't need. I found the pricing to be extremely competitive also. In summation, John and his company do a fantastic job and truly go above and beyond when it comes to their customers. Thank you so much for everything you did - I don't believe I would have been able to achieve the desired positive outcome that I did were it not for you and your business!

John was extremely helpful and friendly. He assisted me find out which part number I needed and even gave me options to call him personally if the part didn't fit. Could not have asked for better customer service, what a refreshing change. And the price was cheaper than other places I called! Highly recommended.
