Best coffee shop cuz staff are happy. It says a lot when staff are happy and efficient, sign of a great place, busy but happy. Aspen coffee (5.5$) has a note of dark cacao at the end, start is creamy, not acidic nor bitter, smooth. Raspberry Candy also raspberry flavour at end (6$) (I can say I tried it), coffees from most Latin American countries. Busy with happy locals. Canberra city Wi-Fi connection. Enjoy.

An incredible place to enjoy amazing food and amazing ONA coffee. We went on a late Saturday morning for brunch with a group of 7. There was a line but we were able to put our name down on the waiting list. Less than 20 minutes later we were called back and were seated at our spacious table. The staff were constantly attentive and friendly. The food was all delicious, all flavours very well balanced and all components cooked very well. The coffee was fantastic too. The bill in the end did amount to a lot, but we felt it was well worth it. Overall, a highly recommended place for brunch.

Great place for quick coffee and brekkie.Although felt portion size was bit smaller than expected for the money paid. Maybe because of the location or the crowd. But it was enjoyable.

We had a table outside in the shade, perfect on a warm day. The staff were awesome, and helped us choose delicious coffees. Food was both beautiful to look at and eat.

The food was amazing the red velvet milkshake was the best ever I had. The staff was so good to accommodate my request for veg food. They made sure everything is perfect. Plus I went there with my puppy dog and she was welcomed there.

An absolute must visit for coffee lovers. The food was great and the ONA coffee was even better! The staff were all awesome and super accommodating of the fact that we had a 5 year old with us. I would highly recommend stopping at The Cupping Room for either breakfast or brunch or even just a coffee - it's well worth it!

Great choices of coffee to choose and enjoyz kind of like choosing your wine. Highly recommend reading the menu instead of asking for opinion as things get lost in translation. Thanks for the beautiful swan Mr. barista!

The food was good, the coffee was bitter. Staff were friendly. Sunday 10.20am I expected a bit of a wait (turned out to be 35 mins), but the real frustration was there were 2 empty tables inside and 4 empty tables outside. Then the lady who arrived after me was seated before me (we were both parties of 2). They could have seated at least 16 people in the time we waited. This experience could really be improved. Definitely avoid during peak times.
