Appalling......zero customer service while the receptionist watched two pensioners struggle their carpet out through the doors to load into their own car. Very expensive, didn't even have a plastic bag to cover the newly cleaned rug for its journey home. Clean was less than average with some of the nap remaining squashed down and stiff from lack of rinse. Big thumbs down.

Friendly helpful people. Great job done on my mat that had dog hair dust and dirt in it. Very happy. Carried the mat to the car. Offered assistance to carry it in. A wonderful local service that I highly recommend.

For large contract carpet cleaning Suttons is the place to go to - with over 180 rooms to clean in a short period of time they didnt let us down, were reliable, turned up on time, did an awesome job (ie didnt miss corners!) and were happy chappies to boot.
