The flowers Rosita Flowers did for my mum's funeral were lovely. We could not have been happier with them. Thank you so much for taking our ideas and creating such beautiful arrangements.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a wonderful bouquet online for my mum to receive on Mother's Day. I hadn't heard anything from mum so I called and tried to see when delivery is scheduled.I had to speak to 3 different employees until one of them could understand me (English very obviously not their first language.... Super...). After repeating my name, spelling it out with phonetics, reading out my transaction number at least 3 times, they kept saying they'd call me back and I kept refusing as I stated numerous times I'm in the USA and I'd rather hold, they finally found my order. Nothing had been done with it! An employee was going to deliver them after work as normal delivery was over. Not sure that this has happened, as I received no message of acknowledgment from my family.Your business is a disgrace.I'd have thought Mother's Day would be a pretty important day for you?Do yourself a favour and buy your flowers elsewhere.

Went here to get some flowers as a gift. None of the existing arrangements were quite what I was after but the guy was incredibly accommodating. Told him what I was after and he whipped something up in 5 minutes and they were easily the most well-received flowers I've ever given. Great service, really friendly guy (I'm sorry I forget your name), will definitely be going back

I recently had a beautiful arrangement of flowers and gift box delivered from Rosita.A friend from Melbourne had ordered as a birthday gift and it was such a wonderful surprise.As I wasn't expecting the delivery I wasn't home so the driver sent a text to say there had been a delivery.The flowers were beautiful! And the treats fresh and well packed.

I purchased a $99 bunch of flowers recently only to have flower heads and petals fall off as soon as I got them home. I did reach out privately about the situation and provided images to support my complaint. I was told they’d ‘open an investigation’ but it has been a couple of weeks now and I haven’t had a reply. Disappointing.

Ordered flowers for my best friend Maria for her birthday. I chose the Voyage bouquet. My dear friend was overwhelmed with how fragrant and beautiful the flowers were. We met with Dana at the North Lake's Rosita Flowers and felt immediately that we had found the right florist for our wedding day. Dana has a wonderful, professional nature but what struck us most is her passion for her creative field. She made sure we were aware of what would realistically work according to seasons and climate and ensured that our vision was seen to fruition. We are delighted with the work that Dana produced. My bouquet was a treasure and the hair pieces that were created were unique and reflected our overall style for our wedding day.
