Picture Point

I had 4 artworks to be framed, took them in and was quoted for the framing, placed my order and paid the deposit. A short while later I was phoned saying that the quote I received was wrong and that I would need to pay a significant amount more, although annoyed said ok as I just wanted the artworks framed.After 3 weeks I called to enquire about when the artworks would be ready and my fiancé picked them up that afternoon. When we looked at the artworks at home, 1 of my paintings had 2 1.5cm rips in the top corner.I took the painting in and instantly it was obvious to them that this rip was caused whilst framing. The resolution I was offered was a refund on the cost of 1 frame for that picture. I explained that the artwork was worth $400 (more then the frame itself) but I was told that this was all they could do. I was refunded $334 for a numbered and hand signed Giclee that had great sentimental value. I was thankful to get some money back in the end but I wish I had never gone there at all and still had my artwork undamaged.

Awesome Customer Service and They have nerdy stuff, like Yu-Gi-Oh Mugs. Don't take all your money with you or you might get trapping into spending it all on posters and puzzles
