Staff here are really hit and miss. Some are absolutely lovely and super helpful while others are the rudest, and at time aggressive, customer service agents I've ever encountered. As a whole they seem easily frustrated and have a complete inability to deal with stress and peak periods.

By far the best chemist I’ve dealt with, they go out of their way to help and I couldn’t recommend more. Great service, they even drop off scripts and medication to your house. Can’t thank you enough as I have been to sick to leave my apartment. You are lifesavers!

Has to be the most rudest customer service anywhere. Don’t complain to the owner as he is even more arrogant. Time that Maroubra get a post office and newsagent down on McKeon Street.

Attended to get a CPAP machine. Dominique, the machine technician, is an absolutely gorgeous lady who was very lovely to talk to and extremely helpful explaining everything. Would recommend for anyone else who has sleep apnea.

Lacklustre service and refused to witness a signature.The service at Walsh’s is 95% ‘miss’. Overpriced goods, disengaged staff and a lack local alternatives.To top it off, I was told today that the pharmacist would not witness a signature until after 7pm. It wasn’t busy and I had to wait in line for the refusal.Not at all community minded.Sponsoring a Christmas fete doesn’t make up for lack of/poor customer service.

I called in twice to make a booking for an appointment to receive my Covid vaccination booster, both times I was put on hold and then hung up on while waiting with no one answering my calls following that. When I walked in to make an appointment I was told appointments could only be booked on Mondays and that I should go to the GP. This pharmacy is down the road for me, but considering my bad experience and their more expensive prices I will go elsewhere in future.

I found this pharmacy to be excellent, the staff all went out of their way to ask if i needed help. Then Phillip Walsh came out to give me advice on a new cpap mask for myself as well as hiring their cpap machine.Pharmacy stocks a good range of products. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to any one wanting good old school service, competitive pricing.
