My first experience with this company was remarkable and hence I returned to purchase another gate and associated hardware. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism I was recommended was unsuitable. With utter disappointment the owner refused to return the item. It’s unfortunate because the manufactured gates are well put together….

Accidentally purchased the wrong product from this company. I advised them and requested to change it to the correct product. I was advised simply that this wasn't their policy and I would have to talk with the owner Penny" who wasn't available to speak with me. Now i'm left with an incorrect product that they won't take back yet it has only just been sent in transit to the NT. Seems to me that this business is only in it to make a dollar rather than a relationship. Absolutely terrible customer service and care."
