Ontime is an inclusive and warm team to work with. About to reach my 4 year milestone.

So ironic this place is called “on time” because it definitely was not. Absolutely worst delivery service we have ever experienced. Our package was marked as delivered 3 days ago, so we panicked calling the delivery driver who had no idea the warehouse number or where our package was. After some digging, we finally found the number for the office & were told it would be delivered the next day, which is wasn’t. Then we were told the next day. We freed up not one, not two, but THREE full days just waiting for them to arrive (expensive furniture, couldnt just leave it lying around). And when he finally arrived on the third day, he refused to lend a hand in bringing it to the apartment. Our ikea delivery came this morning & the blokes brought it all the way inside for us without any dramas. For all the hassle and trouble we have gone through, I can absolutely not recommend this company. Wasted our time and it was an unpleasant experience overall.
