This service centre is one of the worse to deal with. They have fixed my car in second attempt but still not done properly. My car is very common and normal, but they have taken more than 1 and half months to play and experiment with it by using 2nd hand looking like parts. When I found some of repair was not done properly, then went to ask them if they can do anything about it but the person who I was dealing with was telling me I could use my Mechanic to fix the problem which was not fix properly by them.I would give ZERO star but no choice. Very disappointed with the service they provide.

Really big thank you to Kieran for his patience and help throughout the entire process. All of the staff were so friendly and polite and my car was repaired so quickly and looked even better than before. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

My car was taken into repairs due to an accident and i just got my car back. Honestly my car looks like i just brought it all over again, just wow. All the staff are very professional and kept me updated throughout the repair process. 10/10 I'm so happy.

My car was well repaired after the accident. but at the same time they smeared the interior beyond recognition, all over the plastic is white dust that cannot be removed with a vacuum cleaner, you need to wash everything, the same applies to the seats. They also forgot to install a few small parts.

Had a good overall experience here with regards to my repair, from the communication phone calls, to dropping off the car and getting a rental for me last notice, and getting the car fixed within 3 days (for minor repair) and picking up the car it’s been great. They also do the baby seats between car rental and your car. Overall happy with my experience - keep up the great work team! And thanks to all that helped throughout the journey!

I wish there is an option for a negative star rating. Motor server Prestons, NSW is one of the worst place to send the car for repairing in my entire life. I had a worst experience dealing with the assessor named Timothy, highly unprofessional, such a rude man with no customer sevice skills what's so ever. Due to the arguments he had with me now he is Deliberately delaying the minor car repair and kept us waiting from more than 2 months.....I wish I had read the reviews before. Worst experience ever! If you wanna save the headache avoid going to this place.
