Good quality, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Kid pool with slide and whirlpool. Change rooms are ok, bit dark.

Staff are always friendly and ready to give advice and share their knowledge. I like to go early in the morning and if the pool, spa or sauna are not at optimal temperatures the staff pre-warn and adjust the entry price accordingly.

Facilities fine but disappointing to see the lifeguards more interested in chatting to each other than bothering to look at the pools and watching the swimmers. Especially on a busy Sunday afternoon.

as a member of the over 50s activities it is disappointing that week after week certain activities are cancelled without any notice. wasted trip to centre

Great spar and sauna area. Two really good clean pools. Awesome wooden indoor courts for basketball, netball and community activities. There is also a really nice gym. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Please fix the showers!! It’s very concerning that the showers for the pool don’t actually work. There’s one shower in the womens changing rooms that stays on for over 2 seconds, so it’s usually in use. This is disgusting. Please sort it out.

Nice pool/swim area but disappointed to see that the slide closed earlier in school holiday time than normal, so kids missed out on the slide.

Very hot and itchy inside, I also got a friction burn from the waterslide and slipped over diarrhoea in the female toilets.
