Mona Vale Massage

I had my appointment with Jila yesterday and I just wanted to give the most positive feedback. I was a last minute appointment right at the end of Jila’s day but she was very gracious and gave me all the time in the world. She was very sensitive about my situation and the treatment was exactly what I needed yesterday!

I specifically asked for my lower back to be massaged and mark massaged everywhere but. He focused on on areas I did not ask to have treated and then told me time was up.A total waste of time and money.I will never return. Extremely disappointed

I went and saw Jila Baker at 'Mona Vale Massage Clinic' when I was 32 weeks pregnant and the treatment was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately I had a pretty poor experience. I booked online for a 2.45pm appointment and arrived on time. I was greeted by Mai who seemed nice but looked concerned as there was someone else waiting outside reception. Mai began the massage (I explained I'm a cyclist and runner so needed my legs freeing up as much as possible).. 10 mins into my 60 min $110 massage and Mai excuses herself and leaves the room.. bear in mind I can hear the conversation with a frustrated customer who has also booked a 2.45pm slot but there's no one to look after them. This lasted a few mins then Mai came back to finish the massage but then left again to get the music back on. Just a very messy experience, the massage wasn't that effective and the rooms were way too warm. Then the medical rebate wouldn't go through either! I'm sure its better for some but compared to Sah Sin in Manly, for the same money, I'd definitely rather go south... better admin, ambiance, experience and service. Disappointing

Awful customer service. I don't know if the massage it self is good because i cancelled mine but customer service was a deal breaker for me. I booked an appointement online and needed to pay in advance. I called endless times, left messages, wrote an e-mail until I decided to go in person and quickly make the payment. Guess what? No receptionist, no one to talk to. Eventually, the only employee on for the aftrrnoon left her client alone to quickly tell me that there was no one to help me at that moment, she had to go back to the client. I just asked her to cancel my appointment and I'm now dealing with this frustration! Very disappointing service!!!

I’ve now seen Mark Hunyh twice and already know I will be incorporating this into my self-care routine as often as possible! His genuine care and insight into what the body needs is incomparable. I highly recommend this clinic and Mark in particular.
