Such beautiful linen and homewears on offer. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I love their linen sheets and was delighted to find my colour on sale. They have a great selection of fake indoor plants and I'm really pleased with the tall one I bought because I was going to buy a real palm plant for around the same price but this one will always look good and won't need a water. Lots of natural baskets to choose from. Pillows, pictures to hang and some furniture. I like the soaps and linen spray and linen laundry washing detergent on offer. But by far their range of bed linen, styles and quality is what draws me back every time. Slowly replacing my families bed linen with thats on offer at Adairs home maker centre. What a treat. I love my fresh, soft white bed linen. Recently had a look in there and found exactly what my son would like for his doona cover; blue whales and sharks and fish on a white background. Found bamboo bed linen in light grey for my teenagers which goes with both there rooms and tastes.

Your website is an absolute nightmare to order on. Kept on crashing and then couldn’t log in to my profile.

I picked up a call & collect order today. Happy with my purchase however the lady that served me was quite rude. My mum had called for me & used her email to order it, and i paid it. She had told the lady on the phone that i was coming to collect it, and when i got there, she would not let me collect my item without an email from my mum to the store giving permission for me to pick it up, even though i had showed ID and they were warned. Only to tell me after i went through the trouble, that it was ok and they didn’t need it because she saw my name on the account that paid it. Bit frustrating and unnecessary, however happy with my order.

My wife went shopping today for a new quilt cover and sheets. When she came home she was so happy with the service she got at Adairs at Kotara. The lady who helped her was so lovely, gave her great advice and helped her pick out sheets, pillowcases, quilt cover and a matching cushion. The sheets and pillowcases are so soft and feel great to lie on and the quilt cover really suits our decor. I have never heard her so pleased with customer service before. The assistant went out of her way to help my wife find exactly what she needed. Well done Adairs.

Well , I thought I was there with wife to get doona cover. But no , had to have new sheets and other stuff as well. Good job it was on sale. Very friendly staff.

Outstanding service friendly staff nothing is a problem. Walked in purchased a item of furniture asked if could help transport to my car lovely young man helped me. Very impressed and will recommend this place to anyone.

Staff were lovely, helped within seconds. When they had all of our bedding bar 1 pillowcase they even checked other stores some could go pick it up. Store is neat and clean and has a great range of products for every budget.

I took my granddaughter shopping at the Kotara store yesterday to redo her bedroom…we were extremely happy with the customer service that was given to us by Di…she talked to my granddaughter to see what she liked ,Di showed her how to place cushions and throw on her bed…my 11 year old even said how nice she was…took the time to give us options..excellent service… I have previously worked in retail and everyone would want to employ a Di! Spent $700 on new sheets and towels about six months ago, fitted sheet elastic broke and I damaged a hand towel.. went to get replacements and was told Our stock rotates every few months so you'll have to buy a new set."I now have $700 worth of linen sets that are missing pieces and Adairs' suggestion is to just go buy more.Rubbish
