I usually have a good experience here however, today I was met with poor customer service by Jill. Firstly, there was an incident in the car park (unrelated to Bunnings) whereby 4 members thought they could abandoned their desks and duties for 5mins> and stand outside gandering at the incident whilst customers are lining up to empty service desks waiting to be served. Secondly, (after Bunnings members felt like going back to work) I returned an Ozito item and had lost my receipt (inconvenient I’ll admit, but was told 2 days earlier I could return without one). I was met with sceptic body language and tone from Jill, as if I was scamming the store, which was even more evident after she was told to give a store credit (I could see the disappointed on her face). All in all, grateful for the return, but you have to wonder, why I would purchase a secondhand $70 ozito product in the first place to then scam Bunnings for a refund (whilst presenting a brand new box)?

I visited the store to buy some plumbing parts. I encountered a staff member named Kevin at the back of the store, I asked where the plumbing section was. He rudely grunted at me and pointed in the direction to where it was. I continued to ask him if he could help me. He completely ignored me and ran off through the doors out the back.I have never experienced poor service before like this at Birtinya. I wish I never encounter this rude old man again. He should not be working in retail.

A smaller store for the area with the result, options are a bit limited. The store still has a huge range of products to select from. The staff do their best to provide an advisory service to all customers. When it gets busy though it might be hard to find someone with a red shirt to serve you. Overall, it's still worth a visit to Bunnings.

Mini bunnings, cramped, no real isle service..in fact the expensive items didn't work and I had them refunded at another store.. if I had someone to help me, I would have most likely chosen the correct product/item

Super friendly staff. So glad the service extended to carrying the heavy pool salt items into my car in the carpark. Smaller shop but with great big shop prices. Quick at registers and easy parking with afternoon shade.

Very friendly and helpful staff. And for a relatively small Bunnings, it has an amazing array of products. I generally only have to go to a larger store for bulky items.

Small. Dark and old appearance inside, a bit like the old hardware shop. Expected larger, brighter store like Maroochydore one.Friendly staff.Easy parking in business park.
