Only pizzas I've had in australia that compare to italian ones. Great base, great sauce and cheese, great toppings. Friendly staff. bar next door is lovely too and serve the same pizzas.Also their delivery cars are fiat 500s and look real cute

Lovely staff, but unfortunately the pizza was yucky.This is a very basic pizza place - oven is not wood-fired, base tastes like white bread flavour (maybe under-proved?) and the ingredients are trivial (ie. Mozzarella isn’t fresh).Even taking this into account, this pizza was bad: a wet mess of cheese sliding around in the box. Parsley is listed as an ingredient however there was such a tiny amount that it had no flavour.I’ve provided the picture from their website vs the actual product.

I recently ordered the carne carne pizza from Capo Pizza and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the overall service time. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I can confidently say that this restaurant has the potential to become our new local favorite. I am already excited to try a few more and see what else they have to offer.

Based on Google reviews total score I had a higher expectation but the pizza was just ok. Very minimal topping, not visible parsley or mozzarella on the Gamberoni pizza. There isn't much sitting or waiting area and you should wait on the sidewalk.

Ordered via their website and went to pick up. Walked in, said hello as per usual - no hello back, no what can I do for you? Awkward silence for a few seconds before I gave them my pickup details. Disgruntled waitress walked around the counter and pulled out my food from the delivery bags, handed to me with no words at all...no here you go" or "thanks" or "enjoy". ??? Super confused.Pizza was OK...base a bit under cooked. Lamb Ragu pasta very bland. Considering there is so much good pizza competition in the area

There are 3 places in Sydney that satisfy my hunger for authentic Italian pizzas and this place is one of them.To me what makes a great Italian pizza place is the crust, it's ingredients and the warmth of the people running the show. Cappo has it all in the perfect Italian style.If you want it then come and enjoy the pizzas, I can't recommend them enough.I know we all want to watch what we eat but give your self a break and have the canalone ice-cream...it will bring the child out of you again. ENJOY.

We came at a very early time and so this could have contributed to our lacklustre experience. The staff were friendly, and we were seated and told it was about 20 mins for the oven to heat up. We were hungry, and whilst we so wanted to love this place the pizza wasn’t really to our taste. The base was alright and the toppings were minimal. The pasta left us miserable. The pasta was way over cooked and the ragu bland- very odd, and even odder that the feedback has been so positive from so many people. Compared to the plenty of competition out there - think braci, glorietta and even Italian st kitchen - this place does not compare.
