Very happy with the service from Dandenong Garage Doors after getting repairs done to our tilt garage door which would not close. The phone staff were friendly and helpful.The technician Zak was very professional and explained what needed fixing, and made the door easier to use. Very reasonable pricing. I had Wayne provide a quote that was very competitive early this year for a sectional door in colour bond in a timber effect look ( double garage). The house is over 30 years old and needed a new door after having a tilt door.The service guy performed the job in a very professional way and was very friendly and knowlegable.The work was done very well and so far no issues touch wood.The office was very prompt to provide by express post an extra 2 hand sets that were not provided by the serviceman as per the quote.

The motor that I previously had was cactus. I called on Friday at 11.30am prepared that this job wouldn’t be done on the same day. Being Friday this is what I expected. However upon speaking to the receptionist, who put me on to a technician had my motor exchanged by 3.30pm. Sooooo happy! Which company does that on a Friday? Not to mention fuss free and no second phonecall or third and the technician calls to tell me he is on his way and 20 minutes later, BAM he arrives and changes the motor in 30 mins, which is a great replacement , not to mention he takes the old unit and gets rid of if for me. THATS SERVICE! Thank you guys and I definitely will recommend you guys to friends and family, as you were recommended to me by my son in law! Had my new door installed a couple of months ago and it works beautifully, the team was always great to deal with. There was a little delay due to suppliers but they kept me updated so nothing to complain about. They've also fixed the massive gate from my investment property's building and I'm really glad I'm no longer getting the constant emails from body corporate telling us it wasn't working properly - we chose them as other owners recommended and it seems like it really was the best choice. They may not be the cheapest but are certainly the experts in this area, really worth the investment.

The quality of the automatic garage doors provided by Dandenong Garage Doors was outstanding.The 2 doors and 2 motors were installed very professionally by their garage door installer Laki. He is a perfectionist.I am very satisfied and definitely recommend Dandenong Garage Doors to anyone.

We replaced an existing (5 panel) almost 6m wide sectional panel door with a new larger (6 panels) sectional panel door after the height of the opening was increased. Very happy with the new door from Dandenong Garage Doors. The installer was efficient and friendly but because of the large size of the door he arranged to get assistance from one of the other installers. Both installers were particular about dimensions (clearances, levels, and operation). The doors have been operating for over 6 months now with no problems at all. On average they are opened and closed 6-8 times a day.The quote for the work was very reasonable and dealing with the the office was friendly and efficient.

Had absolutely brilliant service start to finish with Danadenong Garage Doors. Called on Friday after service dept had gone home for the day, they called me back as they said they would Monday morning, came out Tuesday morning for a service.Brilliant service from Zach - very knowledgeable, friendly, practical advice on different options for repair and incredibly thorough. Despite needing to do a couple of extra things when finding a problem, cost was per expectation set.Could not recommend highly enough from this experience, and I’ve had a lot of experience with different trades and services recently.
