I am disappointed I brought a packet of salt and vinegar chips and there was no flavour. It was like eating a packet of Smith's original chips. Even my other half said that salt and vinegar chips had no taste to them

Hate to say it, but I gave Smiths another chance before I said something publicly!! What happened you guys?? Really? I grew up with Smiths chips, Freer’s Red Seal and Samboy. After sampling your Grilled Chicken with Lime and Chilli, I am so disappointed! I’m done! I will only buy US import chips from now on. $7 a packet but I know they’ll be worth it.

I recently purchased the ‘bigger bag’ of Smith’s salt and vinegar chips.. I enjoy the chips. What I don’t enjoy is opening a new packet only to reveal that the bag is only one quarter to half full. If you’re going to put ten chips in the bag then please don’t try to introduce “””bigger bags””” that still only contain ten chips. Should’ve bought pringles.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Messaged via Instagram weeks ago with regard to purchasing the multi bags, every time one bag is sealed inside the packaging and is always torn open when opening the bag! Only every get 5 packets from a multi pack of 6! Sent through all requested information like barcode, store of purchase etc, only to have my messages read and ignored. Terrible customer service, will not be purchasing smiths brands anymore nor will I recommend them to anyone else. I purchase these weekly for school lunches and snacks! Will not be doing this anymore

Mostly good but have had 2 packs of 6 single serve packs that had an open pack inside and had to throw away. Surely by now this wouldn't happen?

I love Smith's chips, I've been buying them since I was a kid. I won't however buy another pack while you continue to air the television commercial where you find it necessary to show two men kissing. Whilst I couldn't care less what people want to do in the privacy of their homes, I find this sort of virtue signalling both offensive and completely unnecessary to sell potato chips.

Always enjoy Smiths original chips. Decided to try the new Oven Baked. They are OK but do not travel well. The last third were Crushed and Crumbled. Bit of a shame and a bit of a waste.
