They have a really large number of wineries on their tasting menu here. However, the people showing you the wine list are really knowledgeable on the wines of the region and will guide you through some really interesting wines.Bill told us all the differentiating factors for Hunter Valley wines, this set us up for our long weekend of exploring wines.We'll go back to buy some of the sparkling Shiraz.

Put a slice of lime in the moscato. Danny is meticulous with his wine knowledge, warm and very approachable. (He can also spin bottles)Highly recommend!

Nice spot, nice wines.... But you're actually going to be going here for the beer!Beer tasting paddle is $15 (6 beers in middies) and you'll get a free beer on return on the tasting paddle.Now that is a great deal!Food is good (go for the braised lamb shoulder) and the wine tasting paired with cheese is good, loved that mature cheddar.

Wine theatre experience was fantastic! Super conversational and learnt so much. Absolutely loved it with generous tastings throughout. Highly recommend! The gentleman who also makes the barrel wood candle holders was our host and he was one of the best wine tasting hosts we've had! Really engaging, knowledgeable and personable.
