EDIT: we’ve since been contacted by Ingrid and was offered further compensation visit for our initial dissatisfaction with the service. All the issues mentioned in the review below were resolved. AJ was very good and polite. He checked thoroughly indoor and outdoor units. The noise has stopped now.Jay was on time, quiet, polite, communicative & generally a pleasure to work with, but he couldn't complete the job due to his inaccessibility; it's maybe the height of the ladder he was using.The vents were not cleaned properly.I have checked the pictures and he admitted as well.I also felt he needed another hand, as he was struggling to do the job by himself.Secondly, at the end of the job, Jay wanted to access the outlets for the ducted aircon, which should have been informed earlier as in most big complexes, the ducted outlets are mostly in the locked area which can only be accessed by the onsite manager.I had already informed the details of our building at the time of booking, so Quality air should be aware of it, as they worked for another apartment here before.We had to inform the property manager earlier about accessing the outlets.At the time Jay informed me, the property manager was not there, and Jay was unable to wait or come back later.After the service my top floorneighbors complained that there are severe droning noises coming from my unit whenever there is the aircon is on.Overall, I am a bit disappointed with the service for $270 for 30 minutes of labour with the job being not done properly.I have emailed them, but no one bothered to reply me back.It's very unfortunate and unprofessional behaviour.Esha Basu

We got our ducted aircon installed by Quality Air a couple of years back, after much research and the installation was amazing. We have had our unit serviced annually every since. I have always found the team to be really pleasant and professional. The service guys are always friendly and very willing to help. They go above and beyond. They even cleaned the roof cavity entrance, which to be honest I don't think they made it any dirtier, but they have pride in their work and how they leave things. Thank you for the little extra you do.

Got great service from Jay. He was early to the job, courteous and even removed his boots before coming inside! He got the job done efficiently and told me he’d fixed a little hole we had behind the A/C unit to prevent pests (I had no idea about the hole before he told me).I’m sure I’ll be using their services again next year.

Great service, on time and very professional. We had Quality Air fix our ducted air conditioner and they diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, our unit was running perfectly after the part required was installed three days later. Very happy with their service and will definitely use this company from now.

Had our Fujitsu AC repaired under warranty by Quality Air and they couldn’t have tried harder to look after us. In the middle of a heat wave and with our AC not working and needing parts they provided portable AC units and were relentless in getting the parts shipped from Sydney in record time. Jay the technician was at our home within 30 minutes of the parts arriving. Huge thanks to the ladies in the office and Jay for such awesome service. Thoroughly recommend trusting these guys with your annual servicing and repairs.

All the issues mentioned in the review below were resolved.We had our Panasonic ducted system with MyPlace App installed March 2022. They were the most expensive of the quotes we received but Lyle from sales was very informative and helpful with choosing the correct system for our needs so we decided to go with them. There was a 3-4 month wait because they were so busy plus delays with parts but they were kind enough to supply us with a portable ac unit to help us get through summer.Installation day, none of the furniture in the living room was covered until I asked them to put something over the couch but it was too late as they’d already started cutting through our roof above it. There was a lot of dust left all over our furniture after the installation that Jason was very apologetic about the problems and the ceiling was repaired a few weeks later.We were told one duct in the living room (twice the size of all the other rooms) would be enough to cool the room but have found it’s not enough and takes a very long time for that room to cool/heat. I questioned this several times but was assured it would be adequate.We love the MyAir App and are super happy we decided to get it. It’s so convenient to be able to control the unit via our mobile devices. It’s definitely worth spending the extra money for this.Overall, the service started off great, there were some delays with their communications that could’ve been better, but they have worked hard to resolve the problems.

Had my house upgraded to a central air-condition system. Had to also upgrade our electrical to put in additional power outlets, lights and fan. Quality Air took care of all our needs and was very professional and efficient.Have not had any issues with anything and I would recommend them if you want to have peace of mind in their quality of their work.

Great service all round. Jason and his team left very early that morning and arrived right on time. His boys worked hard together as a happy team and got the job done quickly leaving no mess and a very happy customer. Love my E-Zone app. Set the temperature and auto does the rest!! Highly recommend these guys. Well done Quality Air!

Have a ducted system that hasn’t been serviced for 4 since since property purchased. Doubt it was serviced the 4 years prior either. Thought it was a good idea to get it serviced and checked over. Feedback was limited, report was generic, $270 for 30 minutes of labour and experience. A little disappointed and expensive really. But I guess there is nothing wrong with it. So that is good.Doubt I would ever get a service again based on this.
