Absolute disgrace how the staff treated myself and my partner today.He had a new screen cover put on his phone and it affected the touch screen afterwards. He brought it back to this shop straight away in which they just replied that the phone must of been already faulty before hand. They then removed the screen cover from my partners phone after he argued Their point. The staff refused to give him a refund or replace the screen cover and told us it was not their problem.Will not be returning to this shop again, it wasn’t about the money it was purely the attitude of the staff and the principle of the matter.
