After taking my ute in for a service and everything that’s needs to be done . When Joel from Toyota starts saying oh this should be done but we don’t have time it should be right till the next service we’ll I’m sorry but that’s not good enough for the safety of my kids she’ll be right is not satisfactory at all . all Owen Toyota does is live behind a name !!!! not genuine honest work that they’ve been preaching they do . They get the car in and out but will charge $1500 for She will be right Owen Toyota I wouldn’t pay you to service my kids makeshift go cart

Came from melb to look a at a hilux 6 hours there 6 hours back got told what ever my on roads are will come of the price well didnt happen also got told the warranty cover everything and all my workshop has to do is send the invoice and they pay. Came to the deal over the phone he went back on all these plus didnt return me calls oh rude messages so this guys think they do more deals the anywhere in aust lol

After many disappointing experiences locally with typical car salesman who couldn’t even give me a price without fluffing about and weeks of delays, I started calling other Toyota dealers throughout NSW and eventually got onto Dan from Owen Toyota down in Griffith.I am not local however I had no reason to stay local after my initial discussions with Dan who put all the others to shame and gave me great confidence to stick with him. Honestly, absolute legend and made it so easy. I have never met a salesman who is so helpful, level headed, understanding and no pressure what so ever at anytime.I can confidently recommend Dan to anyone and very pleased with my experience.
