We just received the keys to our beautiful home, built by Steve and his team. We honestly could not be happier with the home down to the finishes and quality of the work. Steve as well as Jody, Kylie and the rest of the team were able to make a normally stressful time, so smooth sailing!. We couldn’t recommend aria homes more, if we ever choose to build again..we know exactly who we will go to. Thank you again.

I went with Aria Homes for my first home and it was exceptionally smooth-sailing. The admin staff were prompt and understanding especially as I was unfamiliar with the processes. My home turned out beautifully, and Steve even personally took me inside when it was completed. I would definitely recommend Aria Homes to anyone thinking to build a new house in the area!

Our house was just recently built by Aria Homes. Steve and his team’s attention to details and responsive to our enquires in timely manner. A big thank you to Aria Homes NSW & Granny Flats. Was concerned the extension would not be completed before Grinchmas! Was given a 12 week schedule, received a 10 week delivery with structural activities completed within 6 weeks. Awesome!!!

We cannot express how thankful we are to Steve, Jody, Kylie, Jayden, Matt and the rest of the team at Aria for the truly amazing home they have built for us. Our house is a custom design luxury family home and in no way was it an easy build, we had numerous challenges (the constant rain in the beginning stages made it extremely difficult) but nothing was ever too hard and Aria Homes have produced a truly unique home with high end finishes and high quality workmanship.Steve was always available, no matter the time he would always answer our questions and I’m sure some of our requests were a bit “extra” but no matter the question the answer was always “yes, we can do that”. We must also mention how reasonable and honest Steve and his team are – we really have had the best experience building our home with Aria and their honesty and communication is a big part of that.We cannot recommend Aria Homes highly enough, our project was a massive undertaking and they have exceeded our expectations with the finished product. Working in partnership with Steve , Jody, Kylie and the extended team at Aria homes on our new home build was an absolute pleasure . From their attentive service and honesty, as well as being delighted with the finished product, where they patiently worked with me on design plans for months prior to commencement . It definitely felt like our own. Despite the weather challenges of La Niña , they still managed to deliver a completely new build in 9 months. Awesome experience from start to finish, building management experts... They left every other builder in the street red faced. We had trades there almost every single day, whilst neighbours build hadn't seen a trade in over a month.. loyal trades, dedicated supervisors and office staff.. thank you Steve for building our home.
