Our filter tap needed a replacement cartridge, so after some research, we decided on a dual-filter system. After calling Freshwater, we collected the new unit the next day. The staff took care of ensuring we felt comfortable installing the unit before we left the showroom (we wanted to install it ourselves). Upon getting home, we realised the existing pipes were a different size. A quick call to Freshwater and an email solved the problem with an adaptor, which they offered to express post to us, but we picked up the next day. The service was amazing, I would highly recommend Freshwater and the filters are excellent - far less $ and better quality than more 'advertised' brands in SA.

Great people to deal with, very friendly and know their stuff! Great prices as well and got a replacement to that other brand that kept annoying me!
