Wow. Crispy's has got to be the best burger joint in Perth. Absolutely fresh, made to order. HOT. Every time we've been there we've tweaked an order and they've nailed it every time. Front of house staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Can't stop going back.

Burger was a decent size and tasty with good ingredients that worked well together, base bun was a bit on the soggy end though. Tenders looked a bit different to what I have had in the past, a bit on the thin side limiting the juiciness, but crispy. Fries were seasoned ok, but not crispy as I like them to be.

Do not dine in. The kitchen is way too interested in getting uber eats orders out the door than serving dine in customers. Decent food but not worth the weight, plenty of other decent local burger bars like Christos,charliesJokers

I have just returned from Crispy's in Joondalup and, I have to say, it is by far the worst experience I've had there, and even worse than any experience I've had in one of the other Fast Food joints. I ordered the Veggie Deluxe as a small meal and the young lady behind the counter, looked as if she was ready to burst into tears any minute. I asked for a table to be cleaned so that I could dine-in and, 20 minutes later, my burger arrived. I was told fresh chips were being made for me. I think what really happened is that all the orders for Uber Eats were taken care of first. I went up and asked about my chips. It took 20 minutes for them to arrive. As a meal, they should all arrive together. It was terrible. If I'm paying over $30, I'd prefer a plate to eat off, instead of a plastic basket which isn't really big enough to hold the burger as it falls apart. I'm thinking Jesse and the rest of the crew may have left, as this place used to be absolutely brilliant. Not anymore......

This place is so hot and miss. I’m a local and have eaten here over 20 times. On it’s day it’s great but that’s less than half the time. Here’s a sample of today, slaw chicken burger with the lettuce root in my burger.Never ever order from this place on Uber eats. It’s always over the time they give. Then your food is soggy and cold when you get it.Better chance of getting a good feed by doing pickup.Thanks tonight for the dog food and paying for it like it’s a high end place.Final straw this one, never eating here again.

the food is awesome, especially for vegan/vegetarian.but if you order it as takeaway, hope you're not hungry because you'll be expected to wait a literal lifetime for it to be ready no matter what night of the week, it's been the same for us every single time.

It was a smooth experience but nothing exciting. The service was good, staff friendly but the burger was too fatty. You might argue it is their style but I guess health is a part of eateries.

Great place, I've been here twice and highly recommend it.Burgerwise, I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger double with potato gems as a side. Size of the burger is comparable to other smashed burgers out there in Perth, good sauce and filling, but the real gem was the bacon. Soft and tasty rather than crispy bacon complimented the smashed burger so well. I was a little disappointed with the actual smashed burger though. Good outer crispy but a little hard and tough towards the centre.Potato gems were amazing and good salting.Service was good, you'll wait a while as it does get a little busy but worth the wait.Good stuff!

Extremely disappointed in this meal. I got two sides of chips and both were COMPLETELY covered with salt... I can handle salt but this is just ridiculous!! (see photos) I couldn't save any chips to actually eat and so am really upset. Such a waste of money :(
