I hired an automatic sedan online but when I arrived at the airport they gave me a dirty, rattly 2010 diesel manual Toyota ute for the same price. When I questioned them they said that's all they had left.

Great Customer service provided by Kirin when booking my Wildtrak in for an inspection. A requirement in Northern Territory to renew registration due to the vehicle being 5yrs old.I also booked a full service. This was completed by Luke who provided a comprehensive report, identifying a shaft seal that needed replacing.Dan assisted in organising a hire car for the day. Which I only needed for a few hours due to my vehicle being ready earlier than I expected.I highly recommend you use their services. Great guys to deal with!

Charged me 4.40 per litre to fill it back up after the end of my rental despite this being nowhere in the rental agreement. This is likely illegal, but I can't be bothered fighting it. To be fair, vehicle was good and rental otherwise straight forward.
