Priceline Pharmacy Liverpool Westfield

My husband and I went here to have a flu vaccine. We came on time but they are not yet ready so we patiently waited. While the pharmacist is preparing, I have observed that he is removing his mask every now and then while talking to my husband. The other pharmacist do not have any mask at all while talking to other customers. And when he gave us the paper so we can pay, the lady at the counter have mask but it’s only her mouth that is covered. Not satisfied how the vaccine was administered. The pharmacist did not sanitize well. He even touched the paper that fell on the floor before giving me the vaccine. We will never have our flu vaccine again here. Hope they will adhere and use their masks properly especially during this time where we are in lockdown and that the delta variant is very contagious. They should know better. Very disappointed.

I wouldnt come here unless you want your whole medication history read out aloud to you in front of others waiting. Geez! I felt embarrassed and I honestly did not understand why they did that. She was almost going off at me. The cashier was questioning me why I took this medication and that medication and when i took them from 10 yrs ago etc and the guy behind me probably knows my whole medical history by now. Its not right. Are the staff allowed to do this? This is a Privacy breach. I have never experienced this with any other chemist. I used to think the GP gives you a script and their job is to hand you the medication, but they end up dictating or evaluating your whole life and interrogating you before giving you the medication. Not to mention revealing sensitive patient/consumer information in front of the waiting que. Thats private & personal. I dont want the people behind me to know i took viagra for example. I need to report this. Its just wrong!! I went there & experienced this between 4pm-5pm on tuesday 4th April 2023. It was the blonde girl at the counter. Omg wow.

Liverpool Westfield Priceline is always my go to! I booked a makeup service there and I was given the best service ever! The makeup artist was soo lovely, educated and so passionate. She was so sweet to even show me some tricks and tips that would enable me to become good at applying eyeshadow, the makeup she did was so amazing the compliments I received were endless! The rest of the ladies were so supportive and welcoming! It did not feel awkward at all, I felt so good there! Thanks girl at Liverpool Westfield NSW!

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating,The young lady I'm guessing her name is Susan was working at the counter on 24th Feb at 12:40pm (long black hair tied up in pony tail)An older lady was struggling carrying a basket and she put it aside the counter next to her on the other register and without hesitation the employee was so rude not asking but telling the lady to bring the basket to the next counter when she could of simply have taken the 2 items out of the basket for her. In saying that, the lady was obviously not in great condition as she clearly had a medical condition. Wow customer service was so bad that rude girl should not work there.She might as well as tell every customer that she hates her job.

The cashiers are very rude & arrogant, they barely have a smile on their face, lack of professionalism. They treat every customer as thief....worst Priceline that I have been around Sydney. Please train your staff, they truly don't have any manners.

One of the staff approached me and asked if I needed assistance while I was looking at some products on the shelves. I'm grateful that she asked as she was very friendly and helpful. It's not always that you get this level of attention, in most retailers, she has restored my faith in customer service. Well done Priceline for employing staff that make you feel like they want to be working" there and not just there to collect a wage."

My mum had a very rude person serve her on the 8th October by a mature older man working at the prescription. He was not friendly at all and very dismissive. We have been going to this priceline for many years and only just experienced a very rude staff there now for the first time.

To the staff working today (30.09.2022) - Jaz, Sharpy and Lilly, thank you all for such a wonderful customer service experience. Truly an asset to the company. Despite being understaff, you guys have carried the store out so wonderfully. Priceline, and Priceline Liverpool, please hire or have more staff at hand, as these guys were so busy serving customers, they literally had no breaks.I also wanted to add that Jaz had been so attentive and amazing over the phone this morning with me in delivering such top notch customer service with the many products requested to be put aside for me. Hi. Priceline pharmacy is best in Sydney. All cosmetics and medicines are available. Customers services do their job honestly. Never get disappointed from them. All products are very nice.
