Great customer service. Went in with a budget and they where able to say very plainly, you can choose from....Love it. No price gouging or upsaling, delivery was great. was just a great experience all round.

Worst customer service….Walked in. Was not welcomed, then proceeded to serve another customer who walked in 10 minutes after me - with no apology whatsoever! When I complained, the female owner said her husband was going to help me… yet, he had been sitting at his desk for the ten minutes I was in the store without bothering to get up to ask if he could offer assistance.Needless to say, I walked out and went to Ultimate Tiles in Mornington where they were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend Bayside Tiles. They have a huge range of tiles, great prices and were incredibly helpful in helping me make my decision. They allowed me to take samples home to work out what I wanted and were able to get stock delivered incredibly fast (especially when I underordered and my tiler ran out). 100% would shop there again and tell friends and family to do the same.

Fantastic service. First time using Bayside and I will continue to now use them for the remainder of my renovations works as well as my business works. It's great to have small business with old school knowledge and service still alive in Melbourne.

Can't speak highly enough about this company. Great family run business. Go above and beyond to help their customers. Very kindly delivered my tiles too me, as I was going to do 3 or 4 trips to get them home. They helped when I was really desperate. I will be recommending to family & friends.Thanks just isn't enough.

Went in to view some tiles. The owner was really helpful and gave some above and beyond advice. Will be returning when we are ready to purchase our tiles.

I am going through CONSUMER COURT NOW.As its all clear the difference in these two tiles.we selected the yellow round tile which is coffee shade.THEY DELIEVERED US WRONG PRODUCT.Worst is the very small word to there customer service.Her husband is keep saying her i will be out of my control now and showing his aggression to us.Now they are saying two different things.They send me messeges that its always variation you cannot get the same product you have selected buy they did not tell me it will be variation when i was ordering .Now they are not returning or giving our refund at all.Not listening to us.They donot have any return polices or refund polices on receipt or invoice.WE REQUEST YOU ALL PLEASE DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVEN DONOT GO THERE.they are sooo rude when you return.They are keep saying its same, its same but 10 people are saying no there is variation in colour .we actually selected light coffee and they delievered us silver and its not matching with anything in our house.we requested them to take some money from the full amount we have paid and i will hire truck and organise delievery but they are not ready to do anything.we request them to take some money from full amount we have paid but they are not even wants to do that.now i got a advice from consumer court to give them timeframe and remedy letter if they donot do anything then i will go to VCAT.PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL.Think 100 times before go there.
