I would like to appreciate for the good customer service. Staff were really helpful and had a great product knowledge.

Terrible service, definitely wouldn’t recommend. Spent $500 fixing an iPhone 13 screen (phone less than 6 months old) and ever since then, the phone has had multiple issues turning on and off by itself, unresponsive etc.The replacement was done just over a month ago and whilst under a ‘6 month warranty’, just brush off the issue.Warranties mean nothing. If you value your mobile phone, take it to a place that will care and hold up their warranty period if anything goes wrong with their product.

Mobile experts staff is good behaviour with everyone and it helps a lot like provide good service related any issue with my smart phone

Once they repair something and you have troubles they will not hear about it. Very disappointing.

2 weeks ago, we took an iPad to have its screen replaced. Firstly they said it would take 20 mins and 2 hours later it was not complete. I had my small child with me that they saw and continued to say a few more minutes when it was clear they hadn’t started. They conned me for my business.2 weeks later the home button was out of place. I took it back to be adjusted to be told that it was damaged by someone using the button too hard. This did not happen. I challenged this with the “life time warranty” they sold me and they said the button was unrelated to their work. Took it to 2 other vendors who said it is definitely related to their dodgy work and fixed it on the spot.Terrible service, terrible customer experience - I feel like I was scammed. Avoid at all costs. There’s a mobile repair kiosk on the same level that is way better and more honest.

Great and friendly staff very happy with the service, took care of me despite my troubles with another branch in a different location. Definitely will be going here from now on.
