I found Troy a very easy guy to speak to and very prompt in returning my call and very helpful in a valuation on my property.I would recommend Troy and trust he will be very fair in the sale of your property.

Does not respond to text or phone calls. Made an appointment to view a property at 5pm on the Sunday, drove 2.5Hrs EACH WAY (5Hrs total) arrived at time arranged 9am next morning. for this bloke to tell me the property is under contract, unconditional and contract at solicitor.Clams his text messaging service was not working, mine was but not his. No explanation as to why no phone call, he knew I was driving out there.Unprofessional... !!!Don't go touch this guy with a barge pole. He does not care!Hi Paul, I Take feedback very seriously, i am at a loss to narrow down who you are or what property you wanted to look at. It just does not ring a bell. As i do not work Sundays and i do not remember speaking to anyone about a situation like this. Insane lack of integrity, why don't you just own your disdain to your customers. Look at your messages for Sunday and you will be able to work it out.

Unfortunately as a cash buyer, we've tried to contact Troy to purchase our next investment. Multiple times there's been excuses on why he can't show properties or no replies at all. We've tried viewing 540 kumbia rd, Brooklands... And both times he's been either in Brisbane or stated that the property is flooded and driveway bad so no viewing. But had it under offer the next day. No text reply or call to notify (he could asked everyone for their best offer as it has an offer... And worked from there) Considering the law states that a real estate is to work for the owner... He hasn't. License should be revoked. He's not working for the owners, he's working for himself

Have had dealings with Troy over the last year and very professional will use again
