Always use the old part number before ordering online i found out the hard way. But when i rang them up they were very Helpful in sending me the right part and returning the wrong one i will use again when my appliance need repairing

Had to do a bit of online searching to find them.... Statewide Repairs are the cheapest suppliers for Westinghouse spare parts Australia-wide. Seamless ordering and fast delivery, well packed. Will be using again when I need to order another spare part - and it's better for the environment to repair than buying an entire new item. Thank you.

The website had an item listed for my dryer and when it FINALLY arrived it didn’t fit! There website was incorrect. I was told to send the incorrect part back and they would refund. I still haven’t received my refund and when I called, wasn’t given any timelines on when i would! I now have to wait even longer to reorder the correct part and hope I don’t have dramas with that! Extremely long process for a simple online order…..

I paid for express delivery but sent as normal delivery, with the bad startrack delivery. They can’t find my address just because I forgot (,) between unit number and street number. Then I have to pick up on next day at post office.Don’t pay for express…..

Very impressed, just called up thankfully! was a little lost and CONNOR helped me from making a huge mistake with my own research and ordering the wrong part CBU for a different model WASHING MECHINE, absolute gentleman, and professional services, and very polite and good updates took his time to make sure we got it 100% right with a screaming baby in the background.
