Gibbo's Bakery

I walked into the bakery today, store empty, lady was out back mopping, i waited a few minutes then a couple walked in and she heard them, they appeared to be friends, she walked up to counter, ignored me, the couple never even asked if I was being served, she continued to talk to them, then asked what they wanted. I was TOTALLY IGNORED the entire time. I left. I will never go there again. She was just rude.This was the Tuggerawong Bakery.Footnote- I spoke with the owners, the situation has been addressed, I will say the food from gibbos bakeries has always been top quality, the guys at Tuggerah bakery always been top notch. I do recommend Gibbos Bakeries !!

I just stopped in today to have a quick lunch with my 4 year old while we waited for a tire change down the road. The food was amazing but the service even better :) really kind and my daughter loved her surprise treat ❤️

The best spinach and ricotta roll I have ever tasted. Delicious filling surrounded with light puffed pastry. They also have the best vegetable pies, the cheese mornay and vegetable curry pie, lots of vegetables. Truly top quality and great value. It's so nice to walk in and buy a delicious vegetarian pie or roll locally.

Your google listing says open until 6pm, I turn up at 4:45pm and find you’re closed. Your vanilla slice might be amazing but if the doors closed it’s a big fail.

As trade qualified pastry chef with 10 years of experience in the industry, i think Gibbo’s bakery is one of the best on the coast.Quality pastry all round and a great selection of pies, chunky beef being my favourite!Thanks Gibbo’s bakery!

I ordered a pie and a sausage roll but there is no option available for sauce. I ordered a 750ml OAK milk and again no option for flavours. I ordered a chocolate mud cake slice. I tried 5 times calling the bakery but each time it just cut out so I couldn't even speak to anyone to ask for sauce and flavoured milk. So I got my pie and sausage roll with no sauce. I got a Iced Coffee milk which I don't drink and I got a caramel slice which I don't eat. So a entire meal wasted as I won't eat pie and sausage roll without sauce. I'm currently stuck at home supposed to be bed bound and on crutches and have been for 7 weeks and am relying on MENULOG for food as I can't get food any other way. So it's not like I can Nick Up the road and get something I do eat. So again I'm really not happy. Ok a few weeks have passed now and after finding out that GIBBOS has only just started and were having a few teething problems I've tried more of their food and I was way of line...
