If I have ever had a problem it gets resolved quickly. Plus maintenance is done late/early morning so it doesn’t affect me.

Aussie broadband have been so enormously helpful.I just spent a week dealing with Dodos technical staff who were useless compared to Aussie Broadbands staff.They were eager to help, personable, and went out of their way to make sure I got my internet connected as soon as possible. And it feels like I’m just talking to a real person.So glad I changed providers. Couldn’t be more thankful.

Ive had mostly good customer service, I did have one girl who was very unhelpful and I was unhappy with what she did, but i rang again and was helped by someone much better, other than that one incident, pretty good

We are in an area that does not have a good signal but Aussie Broadband has been great ever since we started. The response when you call is prompt and courteous and any issues are resolved quickly. I highly recommend them

After 2 months with no resolution from Telstra I got an Australia Broadband Technician who rang me and sorted my issue by explaining that it was my tablet and not an NBN issue. I upgraded the Android version and have had no problem since.

Great service over the phone. Polite, reassuring and friendly. I really did feel like a Valued customer. Every time I have ever called there is a minimum wait time to talk to someone.

The service was amazing I was put through to someone with the first name Felix can't quite remember his last name but he was absolutely perfect with helping me through my problems was very patient and very efficient. Problems fixed quickly with no hassle at all. Above excellent service
