I have 2 daughters and I love to spoil them with branded but affordable jewellery.I googled this site and found and got what I want for my girls.I did look so daggy when I went to that shop and picked up my orders but staff we're friendly.

Maggie and her team have always looked after me in store with expert knowledge coupled with genuine customer service. I bought my first luxury bag through them and even sold pieces with them. They offered me fair purchase prices and stayed on top of market pricing to ensure I actually made money when I sold. I’m a forever customer ❤️

Have had positive and average experiences here. I find the owner and younger staff ro be fantastic, genuine and accomodating. I've found others to be extremely judgemental and unwilling to help! A great range of items. Shop online instead.

My mum and I went to votreluxe just to have a look and ended up buying something then came back an hour later with others as I wanted to show them the beautiful shop. What an absolutely beautiful business the staff are what make the shop so very special. We went in just for a look and all came out with something due to the beautiful owner the best customer service in Adelaide
