The old man who did my pit inspection was a rude and sarcastic person who doesn't like the wicked camper vans and he picked everything he could and also tried to put a screwdriver into a service patch of rust but it didn't work also couldn't find the engine numbers. So I left and went somewhere else and it passed first time their. Now transport has called the van in for an inspection and it also passed with FLYING COLORS. So the argument old man from repco Brighton service is an uneducated disgrace and joke. He should be sacked

They do a good job menchanial but when they can do a small job for you and say to come back then you call them to say your on your way back they say not to come back until another 80 minutes when I have lost out of work for my small business. This business needs to work out their times better

I basically just got robbed of $121 for a trailer inspection, I booked in my trailer to get inspected and clearly had a conversation that anything that was wrong was to be fixed, 3 hours later I received a phone call saying that my trailer has been inspected but they are to busy to fix the problem, why would any one get an inspection done and not want the issues fixed ???. I told the guy what was wrong with the trailer so I just got charged $121 for nothing

Booked my car in for service and wheel alignment here, but when we arrived on the morning of the booking was told that only the service could be done and not the wheel alignment as they were too busy.A good way to lose repeat customers is to provide poor service; Some people might make allowances if pricing is very good, but the pricing was very ordinary so nothing really to attract me to return.

Everyone at Brighton Tyre & Auto centre are amazing!My girlfriend and I had trouble with our van and we had to call roadside assistance which involved getting our van towed, assessed and fixed.The workers were very empathetic and realistic about the situation. Their attitude, knowledge and problem solving skills were superb and I’d highly recommend this place!Thanks again guys, your services are greatly appreciated !!! :)

I have a very different motor home and no matter the challenge Brighton tyre and auto have been able to help me. Friendly guys n gal's keeping me safe on the road. Thank you all.

Booked our motorhome in here for four new Kumho PorTran KC53 as recommended by the guys here. We had shopped around and found the price here very reasonable. We were travelling through Hobart on our way to Strahan on a Tassie holiday so they pushed their availability to do the tyres the next business day (Monday), so we stayed at the Pontville RV Park and drove here first thing Monday. The girls at reception were polite and efficient. The Fiat Ducato wheels have to be aligned correctly over studs and the guys knew that (we had problems with this before in Qld, costing us $1000 to replace a damaged hub). Very happy with the team at Brighton and would use them again when next in Tassie if it's time to replace the tyres again. BTW have found the Kumho's far superior to the previous Michelin Agilis we had on before.

As a person with a disability it is wonderful to have a service center that will pick up and drop off the car. Also their comprehensive work report gives me confidence that I can depend on my car when I go out.

Couldn’t have been more helpful and very reasonable prices. Great service, I’ll be using them again despite their distance from me.
