Like everyone, I had my reservations about going to a new auto repair shop that I was unfamiliar with. It was one of the AAMI recommended repairers so I did not have a choice. After googling Synergy, I decided to go with them because of the social initiative behind the organisation. I am so happy that I did! They do indeed stand by their motto of Quality service first time every time". Michael the manager provided such good customer service. The car was ready for collection when he said it would. We were even allowed to collect it at 730am (they open at 8am) so that we could go to work on time. Michael explained thoroughly what was done and the car was cleaned on the inside and out. The work performed was of a high standard and even my picky partner was equally impressed. Thanks Synergy for making an already awful accident into a pleasant experience."

I lucked in finding this panel beater after an insurance claim on my husbands car. I took MY car there and got 3 separate dents fixed. Car now feels like bring new. Great price and very honest (gave a $50 discount cos a part he costed in was not needed ) Highly recommended !!

Dissapointed with the repair quality on my car that was less than 6 months old. - clearly obvious that it had been repaired.Billed the insurer for new parts on the quote when the original parts were reused ($2500 in parts that weren't delivered). Workshop is owned by the insurer (Suncorp) so they are probably aware of this 'business model'.If you get any work done here, ensure you look at not just the repair site, but the panel gaps and paint masking lines carefully.I'm currently going through the process of having the work done again and another repairer. Decide if you want to go through this hassle or just take your car to a repairer who takes pride in their work and has better quality control processes in place.

Mark and the team do an amazing job. I took my 2020 Jag E-Pace into them on Wednesday for a 20cent piece sized chip and few other smaller scrapes, and the car is just looks like new again! Perfect job! Highly recommended!
