Lincoln's Rock
Great flat plain white rock with incredible views all around of the blue mountains. If you are scared of heights have someone close by to hold your hand . Can be windy up there . A little trek from the carpark .Worth a visit .

Went during sunset to capture the best photos. Can get a little crowded up there with lots of people. Pose at your own risk as there are no safety barriers. Best part is it is just a short stroll from the carpark.

This is very simple but very popular place. The view is very nice and one could get so close to the edge of the rock and feel like one's gonna fall. And we saw some old rusty car under the cliff. They must have been fallen off there so long ago.

We went on a rainy/foggy day. Careful the floor gets flodded and mouchy. Just wear the proper shoes. You will see a little even with the fog. If it is windy, you will see the wind push on the fog.

Lincoln's Rock
It was so so so so extremely exciting place. Even though it looks so dangerous, no need to be brave too much.Weather was too hot even if it was middle of March. so sunglass could be necessary item to visit this kind of place. However, this place is very good place for IG users. very exciting cliff with some shape of dinosaur’s footprint..!Thus, as an early stage of blue mountain tour, I can recommend you to visit here.

Lincoln's Rock
This is a huge slab of rock which requires no climbing. There are a few small rough steps up so I’m not sure if its wheelchair friendly. No parking or entrance charges and the car park is a couple hundred metres from the rock itself. The main thing to note is it is completely unfenced. So if you have young children who run around alot, consider yourself warned! The view itself is absolutely magnificent, as are many viewpoints in the Blue Mountains. Plenty of space to sit and appreciate nature. One thing that I found disappointing is many people have carved their initials into the rock and defaced it. Not one or two here and there, hundreds of names and initials have defaced Lincoln’s Rock.

This beautiful consistent white rock with beautiful views has no fence to protect falling edges. Although there are numerous signs alerting about edges, people don’t care and for taking a pic, they put their life in jeopardy.

When you are traveling Sydney, if you could, I recommend you to visit Lincoln's Rock to see the magnificent scenery of the Blue Mountains, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It took around 1 hr 30 minutes by car from Shangri-La Sydney. It is characterized by rough cliffs and rock formations. For your information, be aware that I have not seen any safety related protection facilities there. Enjoy.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lincoln Rock in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, and I must say it was an absolutely magical experience. I was shown the place by my friend Marta, who had been raving about the stunning views. As we arrived, we were greeted by a thick layer of fog, which added to the mystique and allure of the place. We started our trek towards the lookout, and as we climbed higher, the fog slowly started to clear, revealing patches of sun and a little blue sky.The combination of the fog and the sun created a surreal and almost magical atmosphere. The view from the lookout was simply breathtaking, with the fog lifting and revealing the stunning landscape of the Blue Mountains.I couldn't help but feel in awe of the beauty of nature and the wonder of the world we live in. It was a truly humbling experience.Overall, I would highly recommend visiting Lincoln Rock to anyone looking for a stunning natural wonder in the Blue Mountains. The combination of the fog and sun creates a magical atmosphere, and the view from the lookout is absolutely breathtaking. It's definitely worth the trek to experience this beautiful place.
