Stopped here on the way from Melbourne to Sydney after seeing the road signs. Enjoyed walking around the small museum and the cafe was great, really enjoyed the milkshake! Well worth a visit!

Wanted to go and have a look at Bega cheese factory. Says it is open on their website but it is closed. Need to correct this.

Diminished: in my youth there were tastings and a factory tour. Now the shop is barely distinct from any other tourist shop, with token focus on the product. Museum is great, but the whole experience could be vastly improved.
