A very bad experience checking the car. I need to do a full inspection of the vehicle before buying a used car. They did not report all the problems observed, and didn't tell me many obvious oil spill problems, which led me to buy a car that was almost ready to be scrapped. I paid for them to check for me, but they helped the seller to deceive me. When I find the problem and go back to point out their problems, they will only shirk responsibility. This garage is not trustworthy.

Usually never had a problem. The owner is a good person and would like to give a higher score. Unfortunately, last service I spent a lot of money to have my gearbox fixed but in the end I had to have it fixed again by my car manufacturer and it was a bigger problem. Great for pink slips, Japanese cars etc but for a bigger problem or a European car,you may need to see someone’s else.

My partners car pretty much broke down in front, and was fortunate it was in front of a mechanics. There was an issue with the cars alternator. From there, there's nothing else about this place that is helpful. My partner decided just to get it serviced while it was at their shop. They reported it would be fixed by Tuesday. It then extended to Saturday because a part they ordered was incorrect. They initially invoice for $1.7k. The final amount was then $2k, with $200 for LED headlights... that they didn't even replace..... The headlights are still broken.

Caleb (the owner) is professional, polite and honest. I have brought my car here since last 3 years and always had a great time with their staffs! More importantly, he only use good quality parts (e.g. penrite oil) and affordable price! If you are looking for professional and honest mechanic, this is a place for you.

Very dodgy and dishonest. They ordered and replaced my tyres with a korean brand not a Japanese brand as I ordered. They listed and showed me the tyre brands for me to choose from. And I told them I want this Toyo brand. They issued me a tax invoice, stating the brand. I paid for the tyre ordering. A couple of days after the tyres arrived, I brought my car for tyre replacement. I noticed it's a Kumho korean brand. Liar!!

Dishonest con men. I brought my car in to fix two issues, they fixed one, and they couldnt fix the other issue (it was partly eletrical), I was tottaly fine with that, they charged reasonable price. But, they obviously got the slow guy to work on the car because when I got it back the internal clock no longer worked, and central locking was broken, so two electrical issues. I naively believed that I would return the car to them and they would admit they must of made a mistake and losened a wire or blew a fuse and fix it for free, right? Wrong. The boss there tried to tell me that these two things just broke because of wear and tear (at the exact same time I left the car with them... yeah), and when I tried to talk more he said I no want to debate you" and basically just shurged me off and even had the cheek to offer to fix it 350 dollars (Fix something they broke).tldr: These guys are cheap

I am giving 5 star for Caleb (the owner of the home business). He is most honest and kind mechanic I ever met. I brought my Toyota Camry today to ask his opinion about a few repairs, he gave me some honest suggestions and very fair prices. He told me some minor repairs are not necessary for a 13 year old car, and some essential repairs should be done ASAP for safety. I had a good experience with him and surely will use him for my regular mechanic job. Thank you Caleb!!!
