A great business who takes care of phones other than Apple or Samsung. Easily accessible with only a five minute walk from Central Station. There is a lift available to the first floor for those not fond of stairs.Ben and Alex are very friendly and efficient in what they do. You can wait for your phone to be repaired or go for a coffee at the many available in the area.The cost of my visit was very reasonable and I will be happy to use them again.

It was really disappointing. I went there to fix iphone and they offered two options. One is primium and the other one is normal one. I didn't even underatand what the other differences are but anyway premium is warranty for 2 years while the other one is 6 months. We explained we would stay only one month and asked several time to make sure we didn't want to choose premium and chose the normal one. It was way cheaper than premium. But after finishing fixing my phone, they charged premium price. It was so offensive and I will never recommend this shop.

A very positive experience, phoned with my issue, I was quoted a price and then dropped my damaged phone in. I was again talked through the process and I agreed. Super efficient, phone was ready in 90 minutes (screen, body and back cover replaced). Thanks very much for your professinal service. I'll certainly be recommending you.

Fantastic customer service, some of the best I've ever received in this market. Prompt response to my enquiry, quality repair with genuine parts and adhesive, and at a price no one else could offer. What more could you ask for, apart from not smashing your screen in the first place... :-)

Without going into too much detail my vintage iPhone fell several stories onto concrete and shattered. Ben and team were super helpful and responsive, they squeezed me in before end of day and got the old girl working again. Parts are obviously quality as well. So appreciated!

Wonderful service and repair from screen fixed. Broken iPhone 11 program Perth with a severely damaged camera and rear glass area.I anticipated it may have been the end of my device! Ben assured me that the repair was simple and could be completed in a couple of hours. i was provided an express shipping label to get the device to Brisbane. I was updated on its arrival and then again when it was fixed and ready to send. All in all i felt like screen fixed went over and above to get my phone fixed and back to me quickly. Perth/Western Australia could benefit from a fantastic service orientated company like screen fixed. I was assured my data would be safe and that a passcode was not required to complete the repair. Sent a message to enquire about having my note screen fixed. Got a response the very next day and by lunch time that same day(today) my phone was fixed! Loved how I could pay with afterpay and it was so easy and simple. 1000% recommend Ben and the team at Screen Fixed.
